Using this site

You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don't copy the site's design, text or images to pass them off as your own.

I try to keep everything accurate. Still, the site is general information, not legal, medical or financial advice, and it's provided as it is.

Working together

Nothing on this site is a contract. Before any work starts, we agree in writing on what I'll do, the price, how payment works and what happens if results fall short. If the site and our written agreement ever differ, the written agreement wins.

If the work involves your clients' data, we sign a Business Associate Agreement first. The privacy page explains how that data is handled.

Free kits and resources

Free kits and templates are yours to use in your own business. Please don't resell them.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses that come from using this site or its free resources. Paid work is covered by the terms we sign for it.
